Dove Cottage offers guests luxury accommodation with an unrivalled location, set in the famous Upper High Street of Broadway,
now a quiet 'cul-de-sac' with no through traffic since the new by-pass was completed.

Dove Cottage has its own private car parking.

Dove Cottage is a period cottage once part of a 'Coaching Inn' dating back some three hundred years.
Many of the original features remain but we have recently modernised, refurnished and equipped to a very high
standard with full gas central heating. There are fitted carpets throughout with quality furnishings and antiques.
Curtains and bedding are by Laura Ashley and Dorma.

Downstairs is a Sitting Room with "living" gas fire set into a Cotswold stone fireplace,
colour TV and CD player.
Two steps lead down to the fully fitted kitchen which has built-in units, oven, four ring hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. All the kitchen utensils & equipment that you could need are supplied. The kitchen leads through to the Dining Room with pine furnishings and seating for six. Leading from the dining room is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin, this room also accommodates the washing machine/drier.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms. One has twin beds with private bathroom (bath, toilet, wash basin) and the other has a super king six foot bed with en-suite bathroom (Large shower, toilet, wash basin). This bedroom also has a built in flat screen TV/DVD. All rooms are freshly made up and welcoming for your arrival, all high quality bed linen and towels are provided.

WEEKLY TARIFF 2012
Prices are per week normally from Saturday to Saturday    
All prices quoted are based on a maximum of four people occupying the cottage. A 10% discount is given for two person occupancy - using only one of the double bedrooms.    
Method of Payment. U.K. residents may pay by cheque, payable to Mrs K G Haslam, but we regret that we do not have credit card facilities.
Overseas Reservations. You are requested to pay the deposit by Sterling Draft, or cheque drawn on a UK bank. Your bank at home will have London agents who will no doubt assist as necessary. Alternatively we will be pleased to accept Travellers Cheques.
We regret that we do NOT have credit card facilities.

Short Break Bookings.
Minimum 3 nights, may be available at short notice to fill unbooked dates and cancellations. These are normally during the winter months. The daily rate for short breaks is 75 UK Pounds (for two persons using only one of the double bedrooms) or 95 UK Pounds for four persons, or two persons, using both of the double bedrooms.    
Seven night bookings for the end of 2012 start on the 22nd December to include Christmas and from 29th December to include New Year.    
Rates on request for Christmas, New Year, Easter, Cheltenham Race Festival and Arts Festival weeks.    

Prices include
Rental, taxes, all bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels.      
Gas and Electricity are charged on meter readings for which a deposit is held in advance (30 UK Pounds May to September, and 40 UK pounds October to April). At the end of your stay the unused amount is refunded by post.      
Availability and Booking Information
Please contact us to ensure that the week you require is available. A deposit of 25% is required with your booking and the payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Holiday Insurance is advised in case you have to cancel, we have details.

Other Information
Lettings commence at 3.00pm on the first day and Guests are asked to vacate the Cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed with the owners.
     
Dove Cottage has one parking space in the courtyard.      
Guests have, at all times, full & free access to Luggers Hall's superb gardens.
