Barn Cottage offers guests luxury accommodation with an unrivalled location, set in a private courtyard in the famous Upper High Street of Broadway,
now a quiet 'cul-de-sac' with no through traffic since the new by-pass was completed.

Barn Cottage is a single storey period cottage once part of a 'Coaching Inn' dating back some three hundred years.
Many of the original features remain but we have refurbished the Cottage to a very high
standard with new kitchen, bathroom and full gas central heating. There are fitted carpets throughout with quality furnishings and antiques.

Barn Cottage benefits from having its own private secluded walled garden, accessed from patio doors, and has its own private car parking.

Sitting Room	Dining Area
The Sitting Room has, in addition to the central heating, an electric 'flame effect' fire. There is a TV and a CD player. There is a wide aspect patio door with views and access to the secluded walled garden. All rooms are freshly made up and welcoming for your arrival

The bedroom can be made up with EITHER a Kingsize Bed OR Twin Beds. There is an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. The bedroom also has a built in flat screen TV. All high quality bed linen and towels are provided.

Kitchen	Bathroom
The fully fitted kitchen has built-in units, oven, four ring hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. All the kitchen utensils & equipment that you could need are supplied.

The Garden
The garden is totally enclosed by its high stone walls and has raised beds with tables and seating. You car parking is just at the rear of the garden.

All prices quoted are based on a maximum of two people occupying the cottage.
Method of Payment. U.K. residents may pay by cheque, payable to Mrs K G Haslam, but we regret that we do not have credit card facilities. Overseas Reservations. You are requested to pay by Sterling Draft, or cheque drawn on a UK bank. We regret that we do NOT have credit card facilities.

Easter and Bank Holiday weeks £490. Rates on request for Cheltenham Race Festival , Christmas, and New Year.
Short Break Bookings. Minimum 3 nights, may be available at short notice to fill unbooked dates and cancellations. These are normally during the winter months. The daily rate for short breaks is £85.
Seven night bookings for the end of 2013 start on the 21st December to include Christmas and from 28th December to include New Year.
Prices Include: Rental, taxes, all bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels.
Gas and Electricity are charged on meter readings for which a deposit is held in advance (£30 May to September, and £40 October to April). At the end of your stay the unused amount is refunded by post.
Availability and Booking Information Please contact us to ensure that the week you require is available. A deposit of 25% is required with your booking and the payment of the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Holiday Insurance is advised in case you have to cancel, we have details.

Other Information Lettings commence at 3.00pm on the first day and Guests are asked to vacate the Cottage by 10.00am on the day of departure unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed with the owners.
Barn Cottage has one parking space at the rear of the garden.
Guests have, at all times, full & free access to Luggers Hall's superb gardens.
